2) Enter your Right Networks account credentials and click the LOG ON button.

Upload Instructions

Once logged in to File Manager, you can begin the upload process by selecting a destination folder from the left-hand column.

Note:  Files uploaded to Desktop (Hosted) or My Documents (Hosted) will only be visible to you.  Files uploaded to the I: drive will be visible to all Right Networks users on your account.

Click the blue "up" arrow at the top of the File Manager interface.

When you click that button, a file selector will open to allow you to choose the file(s) to upload.  To begin, click the Add button.
Navigate to the file(s) you would like to upload, select the file and click Open.
You should now see the file listed in the file selector window.  When you have finished selecting files to upload, click the Upload button.  A progress bar will appear indicating the progress of the upload.
When the upload is complete, if you have no more files to upload or download, please make sure to log out of the File Manager using the Log Off button in the upper-right corner of the page.Note: There is a 2 GB limit for a single upload.  If your total upload size is greater than 2 GB, you may need to upload in smaller batches.

Download Instructions

To begin the Download process, use the list of folders on the left-hand side of the page to find the file you are looking for.   (Typically, your accounting files should be found in the I: drive)

Note: When you select a folder on the left-hand side, the contents of that folder will display in the right-hand side of the window.  (The picture below shows the I: drive selected on the left, and the contents of the I: drive on the right)

Note:  If you are downloading a QuickBooks company file, you will see multiple files sharing the same name with different file extensions. The only file you need to download is the actual company file itself, which you will see described as a "QBW File" in the Type column, as pictured here:

Once you have selected the file you wish to download, click the blue Down arrow at the top of the screen.
Depending on your Internet browser settings, you may be prompted to select a location to save the download. If you are not prompted to choose a location, the browser will automatically place the file in your Downloads folder. Once the download progress indicator in your web browser is finished, you will be able to open the file locally on your computer.

Note: If you select multiple files to download at once, they will be combined into a single .zip file which can be opened on any local computer.
