HUB - Admin Reset Employee Password

If an employee needs help logging in to the HUB Employee Portal, you can reset their passwords for them by following these steps. 

Click Admin tab across the top:

Search then Select the Employee:

Enter New Password, Confirm a 2nd time and hit "Reset Password" to save.

After saving; you should see a confirmation across the top of the screen.

Please suggest your employees update their HUB user profiles to contain their cell phone numbers, as this would enable them to use the "Forgot your access code/password?" feature directly without an admin.
