HUB HR - Employee Change Requests
Request an address, W4, or direct deposit change from within the HUB Employee Portal.
Click the icon on the top-right of the screen
Select an item to update:
Draw or Type your signature to be used for the electronic signature system:
Confirm you have read, understood and accept the notice and agree to use this digital signature:
Enter Your New Address (please enter mailing address if different), save & continue:
Review your changes once more, check the box & hit complete:
In most cases, your manager will need to approve each change via their admin log in.
After your manager has approved the change, you will receive an email alerting you of the change. A copy of your change is also loaded to your HUB Employee Documents:
