HUB HR - Employee Update Requests
You can use your organization's HUB Employee Portal to directly submit requests to update your address, change your direct deposit accounts, and revise your W4 allowances.
Follow these steps to change your information via the HUB Employee Portal:
First, click the circle with your initials on the top-right of the screen:
Then, select an item to update; options include Update your address; Update your federal tax allowances (W4); and Update your direct deposit accounts.
Before inputting your updates, you will need to draw or type your signature to be used for the electronic signature system:
Then you will need to confirm that you have read, understood and accept the notice and agree to use the digital signature:
Enter your new information (if updating your address, please enter your mailing address), then click Save & Continue:
Review your changes, check the box, and hit Complete:
In most cases, your manager will need to approve each change request:
You will receive an email alert when your manager approves the update. A copy of your change is also loaded to your HUB Employee Documents:
