HUB HR - Employee Docs
HUB Employee Documents are used to store documents specific to an employee vs.Company Docs which are shared globally with your entire staff.
To load HUB Employee Docs go to: Admin Tab, then click on the Name of an Employee
Click Documents link on the employee level; then Add New Document
Similar to Company Documents: you can set an Start & End Date, Request a Read Receipt, set priority level for sorting.
However, unique to Employee Documents you can choose to keep the document " Private" or "Share it with the Employee"
