Activating Your ASAP ShareFile Client Portal Account
ASAP's Client Portal is an easy to use/secure platform for owners, bookkeepers, and CPAs to access the individual payroll reports or to pull up quarterly tax returns, W3/W2 copies or other reports/files as needed. Notifications, desktop apps, two factor authentication and other tools are available to help streamline the secure delivery of reports to you.
Users will be sent an email similar to this one prompting to activate their accounts:
Follow the prompts to establish the password of your choosing:
Enter Your Name, Company Name, and confirm time zone preferences. Hit Save.
Go to Shared Folders to view the company folders shared with your user account:
Click on a company folder name to view shared files:
