ASAP Office Hours During COVID-19

To protect the health of our staff and our communities, we are limiting in-person office visits to 2pm-4:30pm (MT) or by appointment. Operations are continuing virtually and our team is available to assist you between 9am-5pm (MT), Monday - Friday.

We understand the impacts of this pandemic are far reaching and impact each of us in ways we could never have expected. The health of our families, our clients, and our communities is of the utmost importance.

Events related to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) are unprecedented. On March 10, 2020, Colorado Governor Jared Polis declared a State of Emergency, which included additional rules related to emergency paid sick leave. As business owners and managers, we all have a responsibility to our employees, customers and communities. We encourage you to engage in your community to see how best to support your community leaders and healthcare workers as they grapple with COVID-19 impacts.

We are a team of payroll, HR, accounting, and business experts available to answer your questions during this challenging time. Since legislation and orders are constantly changing, we may not have an answer right away, but we will work to find the right resources to help you.

Community Support

During the summer of 2018, many Colorado communities we serve, including Durango and Basalt, were severely impacted by forest fires. Those communities rallied to support the firefighters and families impacted. Meanwhile, many community members stayed highly engaged and learned what steps and measures could be taken to prevent further fires. Today’s virus challenge, while very different, requires an engaged community response. We strongly encourage you to reach out to community leaders and professionals at the town, county and state levels to learn how you can support healthcare workers and what measures you can take to help prevent further spread of the virus.
