HUB Clock - Enabling Time Clock - employee level

Background: by default employee's added via HUB onboarding do not have their time sheet features enabled.  Someone must enable the clock features on the employee level after onboarding. While we are working on developing a more automated logic flow for adding new hires so their proper settings are applied, this remains a manual step exposed to human error.  If an employee says they can't clock in/out, let us know and we can enable these settings for you or you can enable directly by following these steps:

Go to ADMIN tab and search/select the employee you wish to adjust:

Clock "Settings/Features" on employee:
Click to Enable TIme Entry & PTO: you can adjust time sheet method and settings from default if applicable & Save Time Settings below.
