Emailed Pay Stubs vs. HUB Pay Stubs

Electronic Pay stubs can be delivered in one of two manners:

1. our legacy delivery program sent copies of your pay stubs as a PDF attachment to your inbox.  Attachments were locked with a password which you could enter to open.

However, spam filters and virus prevention practices have made the delivery of such attachments more difficult. It is not uncommon for these messages to not arrive into the intended employee's inbox due to increased quarantine controls in place. As a result, we have implemented our HUB Employee Portal.

2. Once your company is enrolled in HUB; employees will receive a pay day notification email alerting them of the new pay stub each pay day. Pay stubs are also stored online going back 24 months allowing for a one stop location to retrieve the data should an employee have a loan application to complete.
