Total Liabilities Report (S193)

The Total Liabilities Report provides a quick glance at the cash requirement by category for reference including the all important Total Funds Required to cover the payroll run (Total Liability).

At the top you'll find the specific payroll run as a reference:

The first section provides total amounts by Check types followed by a section listing the billing amount and another sum line for all checks:

Next, the most important section of this report you'll find the total (employee & employer) tax liability, any calculated worker's comp liability and then a new Total Payroll Liability Line providing you the total cash required to cover.

Honestly, this report is less relied upon by bookkeepers as they tend to prefer the General Ledger, Tax Liabilities, Check Register and/or the Labor Distribution Reports. If you no longer require this report, please let us know and we can eliminate it from your packet.
