HUB - Re-Sending Activation Emails

If an employee didn't activate their HUB account within the first five days, HUB admins can send new activation emails to them again by following these quick steps.

Under Admin tab | Alerts & Reports:

Click Search to begin or input an employee name/email or specific date range to narrow your search:
- by default will search all employees across the last year

Click blue hyperlink next to employee you wish to send a new activation email to:

The new activation link will auto-expire any prior email activation notifications the employee was sent.

Employee Activation Status page will help you identify any employees who haven't activated their accounts and for what reason if data was missing from the employee set up such as birth date:
