Client Portal - Payroll Reports

After each payroll run, payroll reports can auto-load into your  Client Portal. The process will look similar to this:

Client Portal users should receive an Email Notification each time a new file(s) have been added:

Click "Download These Items":

A new tab or browser should open: click download to save the PDF file(s):

If you chose to download 1 file, a PDF will save to your preferred downloads folder.  If multiple files selected, a zip file containing the PDF's will download:

Alternatively, you can click the folder path to bring up the Client Portal Log In page:

After logging in, you can retrieve all files from this folder even if you had accidentally deleted the notification:
