HUB - Password Reset via Cell Phone

Please note: the instructions below will only work if previously you added a cell phone to your  HUB Employee Portal  user profile.

1. Click "Forgot your access code/password?"

2. Enter the email address attached to your HUB profile in pop up window and hit submit:

3. If successful, you'l see this message:

4. Look for the message sent to your phone like this:

5. sign in using the code sent to your phone number as the password:

6. Next, you'll be prompted to reset your access/password:
