HUB - Admin Reset Employee Password
This article will guide HUB Employee Portal admins through the steps required to reset an employee's password.
1. an Admin should Log into HUB.
2. click Admin icon at top:
3. Search for or Select the Employee:
4. Enter in New Access Code & Confirm it; then hit "Reset Access Code" to save"
5. After saving; you should see this confirmation:
Please suggest your employees update their HUB user profiles to contain their cell phone numbers, as this would enable them to use the "Forgot your access code/password?" feature directly without an admin.
