Colorado Minimum Wage 2017

As of November 23, 2016, the  Colorado Department of Labor & Employment has not posted anything regarding the 2017 minimum wage changes which were impacted by the Amendment 70 ballot measure which was approved by the voters during the November 8th election.   

However, according the  language of the measure; the Minimum Wage rate in Colorado will raise to $9.30/hour for hours worked in 2017.  The tipped employee minimum wage increase to $6.28/hour.
